THANK YOU, AMERICA !!!  Donald Trumpf’s Kult of Personality Ends

I was sitting on my hands at the edge of my seat on November 3^rd.  I was watching election results coming in at CNN and it was looking as though Biden was going to take Florida because they were counting mail-in votes first, but then the personally cast votes started coming in and Trumpf soon took the state.  My family was watching with me in dismay as it looked like Trumpf was soon going to take the election.  We watched in horror as Donald Trumpf announced his victory and made his victory speech.  Then mail-in votes started being counted in states that counted those votes last and suddenly Joe Biden began overtaking Trumpf.  We all began celebrating and sharing air hugs and I stayed up till 3:00 AM until Biden finally overtook Trumpf in Arizona.  My father had been a retired Canadian snowbird wintering in Phoenix for many years, so I shouted THANK YOU ARIZONA!!! at the CNN reporters still working late in Atlanta.  And I shouted THANK YOU AMERICA!!!  Thank you for ending Donald Trumpf’s Kult of Personality rule.

Eighty million Americans rose up and embraced the true meaning of the American constitution: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

But seventy million Americans did not!!!  I shake my head.  You’ve embarrassed yourselves, just as Trumpf did when he announced his victory prematurely.  I could not have written a script any better.  Victory snatched away by the defeat you deserve.  Trying to re-elect a president that was justly impeached by Congress.  I’m a Canadian and even I know you can’t solicit aid from foreign governments to get dirt on your political opponents.  Tricky Dicky did it and got away with it, but he was a lawyer, not a moron.  I watched Ken Burnes documentary on the Vietnam war which states that Richard Nixon conspired with the Vietnamese president to halt the Democrat led Paris Peace Accords that would have cost Tricky Dicky his second term.  And it wasn’t your fake news or conspiracy theorists that gave him up.  Your own CIA had been bugging the SVN presidential palace for years and had a recording of Nixon making the offer.  And now you have another impeached Republican President embarrassing the hell out of America.  The American people have told your gameshow host president, “You’re Fired!” but he won’t leave gracefully.  The gameshow Trumpf typically called security when a contestant wouldn’t leave when he said, “You’re Fired!” and so should you!

Don’t wait until January 20^th!  Do it now!  Call security and have him thrown out of the White House before he does more damage.  LOCK HIM UP!!!  The charge?  Making American democracy look like it was Born in a Banana Republic!  And lock up the rest of his Banana Republicans!  Pence and Pompeo, before they can do more damage at home and internationally.  Charges?  Participating in a Slow Coup.  And Mitch McConnell, for cultivating Trumpf’s Kult of Personality.  Trumpf’s Kult of Lies. 

While Trumpf’s lies during his presidency have been numbered to be from 7,000 to 20,000, I have heard many of his lies starting from the 1980’s on throughout his presidency and shall, no doubt, be hearing them long after he has been ejected, kicking and screaming, from the White House.  But Trumpf and his incompetence is responsible for a large portion of American deaths from the Covid-19 Pandemic, so I shall limit my list of his lies to a few of the many he has told about the pandemic.

Friday, February 7, 2020 Trumpf said, “The coronavirus will weaken when we get into April, into the warmer weather.”  It didn’t.

Thursday, February 27, 2020 Trumpf said, “The outbreak will be temporary.  It’s going to disappear.  One day, like a miracle—it will disappear.”  It didn’t.

Multiple times Trumpf has said, “Coronavirus numbers are looking MUCH better, going down almost everywhere, and cases are coming way down.”  They didn’t.

Monday, May 11, 2020 Trumpf said,  “America has “developed a testing capacity unmatched and unrivaled anywhere in the world, and it’s not even close.”  Not even close.

Wednesday, June 17, 2020 Trumpf said, “The pandemic is fading away.  It’s going to fade away.”  It didn’t.

Thursday, July 2, 2020 Trumpf said, “The pandemic is getting under control.”  It didn’t.

Saturday, July 4, 2020 Trumpf said,  “99% of COVID-19 cases are totally harmless.”  255,000 American deaths to date say it is not harmless.

Monday, July 6, 2020 Trumpf said, “We now have the lowest fatality rate in the world.”  Not even close.

Thursday, August 27, 2020 Trumpf said, “I launched the largest national mobilization since World War II against COVID-19, and have developed, from scratch, the largest and most advanced testing system in the world.”  He didn’t.

Multiple times Trumpf has said,  “America is rounding the corner and rounding the final turn on the pandemic.”  It didn’t.

Multiple times Trumpf has said, “The media is overblowing fears about the virus ahead of Election Day.”  It didn’t.

Multiple times Trumpf has said, “We won’t hear about Covid, Covid, Covid after the Election.”  I keep hearing about Covid, even though much media coverage remains focused on Trumpf and his Slow Coup.

Multiple times Trumpf has said, “You get better and then you’re immune.”  Almost half a million Americans are projected to be dead by March 1, 2021.  Trumpf didn’t believe the projections for the first wave.  “Lie to me once, shame on you.  Lie to me twice, shame on me.”

Multiple times Trumpf has said, “A CDC study shows that 85 percent of the people wearing masks catch the virus.”  This is a complete and ridiculous fabrication.  Wearing masks is something people have done to great effect even in Medieval times.  Wearing N-95 virus masks would be better, but Trumpf hasn’t even bothered to invoke the Defense Production Act to provide these to the American people.

We shall not even go into Trumpf’s ridiculous statements on injecting bleach or using hydroxychloroquine.  Without doubt there is a level of incompetence here that goes well into the realm of criminal negligence, and it is not just Donald Trumpf who is guilty.  How many American lives would have been saved if Mitch McConnell would have done his job and seriously reviewed Trumpf’s impeachment by Congress?  To me, these are actions that border on treason, but perhaps I am being too harsh.  Let’s see how the Slow Coup turns out before we start talking treason.

So, thank you again America for taking some responsibility for the competence and quality of the Presidents you elect.  Thank you for electing somebody who is not a Game Show Host and please give Joe Biden a chance to do the best job for you that I’m sure he will.  Hold Donald Trumpf accountable for his criminally incompetent, bleach injecting response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  And make sure the case is lined up behind the rape trials that are pending and waiting for him.  It can be tempting to let a former president off the hook just for appearance’s sake, but if you do that, like a virus, he will be back.

Please do this because his first four years were very hard to watch, right from his winning office in 2016 to his solicitation of Republican donations to fight a “Fraudulent Election”.  Those are Republican Party donations he is stealing and putting into his own personal political war chest and Republican Senators and Congressmen are helping him do it!  He will have collected HALF A BILLION DOLLARS of Republican Political Donations before he is booted out of office!  Talk about stealing elections.  He has just stolen his berth as the Republican Presidential Nominee for 2024 because he will have so much of the Republican Party’s Political Donations in his back pocket that the Republicans won’t be able to afford running any other candidate.  The only voter fraud that took place in 2020 was when mail sorting equipment was shut down by the Trumpf Postal Services and mail-in vote drop boxes were restricted in number to make it harder to vote in Republican run states.  So, the only voter fraud was committed by the Republicans who are now crying voter fraud!  Please punish your delusional President for his criminally negligent Covid response and THANK YOU AMERICA!
